I hereby enter the above horse and rider at my own risk subject to all rules and regulations of the
camp. I acknowledge that this offer is contingent upon the soundness and suitability of the mount.
I understand that neither the landowners, the Lost Hounds Pony Club, its officers or staff
accepts any responsibility for damage, injury or illness to the horse, owner, rider, employees or
spectators or any person or property whatsoever during camp. I further agree to assume the cost
of any veterinary, farrier or other bills incurred by my child’s mount. I also grant permission for
my child to receive any such medical treatment as may be deemed necessary by a physician in case
of an emergency. I assume responsibility for the cost of any property damage caused by my child
or his mount during the camp period.

Primitive camping in Horse Trailers and Campers is permitted on grounds, but you will need to
check with Lost Hounds PC where you can park. If you park in an unpermitted area, you will be
asked to relocate. If you need housing for camp, please contact Laura Tighe.

CODE OF CONDUCT
The organizers and officials of Lost Hounds Pony Club Camp 2015 expect appropriate behavior from all members, youth, adults,
parents(s) and others participating in this USPC sponsored Activity. Inappropriate behavior is, but not limited to:
- Possession, use, or distribution of any illegal drugs or alcohol
- Assault (strikes, shoves, kicks, or otherwise subject another to physical contact)
- Profanity, vulgar language or gestures
- Harassment - using words or actions that intimidate, threaten or persecute others
- Cheating
- Abusing a horse
Not conforming to the Code of Conduct is subject to immediate removal from Camp. I have read and agree to abide by the

Camp Instructors:
Stephen Bradley: discovered the thrill of jumping at age 13 in Virginia hunt country and, soon thereafter, started
participating in the local pony club, the Loudoun Hunt Pony Club. During college he decided to make a career of competitive
eventing and started competing internationally in 1989; he has since had wins in the US, Canada, and Great Britain. Since
1992, Stephen has been short listed on 4 out of 5 Olympic teams (competing in one) and short listed on 3 out of 5 World
Equestrian Teams (named to one). In 1991, '92 and '93 Stephen won the Checkmate International CCI*** riding Sassy
Reason. In 1992, he and Sassy represented the United States at the Olympic Games in Barcelona.
Following the Olympics the two won Great Britain's prestigious Burghley CCI**** becoming only the second American pair in
history to ever do so. Stephen's mentor, Bruce Davidson, won the event on Irish Cap in 1974. Stephen has been named
Equestrian Athlete of the Year by the US Olympic Committee and Sassy Reason was named The Chronicles' Eventing and
Overall Horse of the Year. Bradley went on to win numerous Three-Day Event CCI*** and has placed in the top 10 in many
CCI**** events. He also competed as a member of the 2007 gold-medal Pan American Team in Brazil. Stephen currently
resides in Leesburg, Virginia where he runs his own training facility and teaches lessons in White Post, VA. He continues to
train and compete.
Sarah Morgan:
Sarah has been a national examiner for over 20 years and currently tests thru the "A" level. She travels through the US
prepping members for the upper-level ratings. She is graduate "A" from the Virginia region. After college, she spent time in
Europe training and showing event horses. For many years she owned and managed a large boarding facility in North
Carolina. Sarah is an avid fox hunter and has acted as a whipper-in for the Yadkin Valley Hounds. Currently, she works with
young horses and enjoys riding and training in the open. Sarah rides frequently and keeps current with the training
techniques as well as advancements in horse care and disease prevention
Dorothy Hokanson: Dorothy has been training and teaching dressage for 28 years. She has ridden and shown through
Intermediate I. In 1993, Dorothy and her Shire stallion placed 4th in the nation in the USDF First Level Musical Freestyle.
Dorothy currently rides with Paula Kierkegaarde and Walter Zetti. Her emphasis in on classical dressage training.
