Where are pictures? Outdoor pictures with Lifetouch will be taken at the Rose Garden from 5:00-7:00 PM
followed by indoor pictures at the Hyatt at 8:30-10:30 PM. Sign up for picture times online through Lifetouch

Do we need money for pictures? Yes! Bring your money with you to the Hyatt and you will be able to
choose a packet that you would like to purchase. You can bring a check and make it out to Lifetouch
Photography. There are indoor and outdoor options. Group pictures can be taken during the dance. You can
also order packets and pay online resulting in you not having to bring money on the night of Senior Ball.
What do we do for dinner? Registration/check in begins at 6:15pm. Come early enough to get inside and
get your table so you can be seated by 7:15 pm when the DOORS CLOSE. Dinner will be served at
7:30pm. You have the option of chicken, salmon, or vegetarian pasta. You will give us your order when you
buy your tickets. Refreshments will be available in the foyer at 6:15 pm. Seating is reserved by tables of 12
people when you purchase your tickets.
Speaking of tickets, how much are they? They are $85 per person from April 13-17, and $90 per person
from April 20-24. Tickets will be sold during both lunches in the Student Store. On April 24 tickets will be
available at lunch and after school until 3:30PM. To purchase a ticket, you need a completed waiver for you
and your date, which includes parent signatures for both. If you are bringing a guest, your guest bid must
be completely filled out and processed before you purchase your tickets. Guest bids are due Wednesday,
April 22, in order to be processed by Friday, April 24, the last day of ticket sales. Guest bids are available in
Student Services now. Seating arrangements are first come, first served so don’t procrastinate! Due to
contractual obligations with the Hyatt, no tickets will be sold after April 24! Don’t be left out!
What do we do for parking? Limos can drop you off at the front entrance of the Hyatt. If you are driving
yourself, you can park on the second floor of the Hyatt’s parking garage, or use the valet service. The cost is

you get to the ballroom.
What about check-in? You will check in according to ticket number, where they will direct you to your table.
Coat check will be available for you to check in your coats and purses. All items will be searched, and no
bags or purses beyond small clutch bags will be allowed into the ballroom.
Do the same rules apply to this dance as every other? Yes. You must have your ticket and ID with you
at the door. Bear in mind that ID cards cannot be made at this dance, so don’t lose it! We will be doing
