SCHEDULE 1: LICENCE FEE AND ACCESS FEE

The Sub-Licensee will pay to JISC Collections a Licence Fee and the Publisher an annual Access Fee for
the whole term of this Sub-Licence. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be payable where
applicable.
