Created and managed the implementation, with subsequent success of 40% revenue growth
and attained fleet size desired by FedEx within 36 months.
Procured and managed assets necessary for continued growth, which included personnel,

Managed the trailer fleet maintenance operation, both internal (Passport shop) and external
(outside vendors). Selected vendors and products that minimized downtime, reduced cost
and maximized safety, which led to optimal customer satisfaction.
Implemented and managed a customer satisfaction program. Responded to all letters of
praise or complaint. Dealt with complaints to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction and
continued loyalty to the Passport brand.
Established the fleet safety program, consistently achieving the highest US DOT rating, as
well as favorable ratings from insurers, thus minimizing premiums and operating costs.
Created and maintained a driver recognition program.


Successfully managed the (on-time) implementation and customization of an innovative
operating system for the Dispatch department (TMW) and phased out the previous system.
Successfully launched the implementation of two satellite tracking systems for the truck fleet
resulting in a more efficient operation and increased customer satisfaction.
