Description
We need a project space for Paul Moore's lab group. They said the standard size is fine now, but
there is a good chance they will want to upgrade in the future if SEAD works for them (they
work with a lot of video files and GIS).
The space should be named "Laboratory for Sensory Ecology" with abbreviation LSE.

Done - google login enabled, Dharma has an account, added title, flipped anon to allow sysinfo
and added to projects page, and added google device id to config to enable SEADUploader.
Back to Dharma for final accounts, etc.
