As Head of Executive Compensation, you will be responsible for the design, evaluation and overall
management of the executive compensation programs while ensuring alignment with corporate
philosophies. Your additional responsibilities will include
 Board of Director/Compensation Committee meeting preparation: including preparation of appropriate
materials including competitive data, plan design alternatives, (including cash, equity), Executive officer
annual compensation review/approval; market trend etc, Working with Independent Executive
Compensation consultant as it relates to compensation design and preparation to the Compensation
Committee, Working with management, legal, finance, tax and accounting in the design of annual and long
term incentive plans
 Management of executive compensation programs: from design, approval, and communication to
implementation. Also include disclosure requirements, keeping tracking of competitor practice, and public
filing. The individual is also responsible for providing up-to-date market intelligence on executive
compensation related issues.
 Managing multiple projects covering all areas of executive compensation including design of new plans,
monitoring changes of regulatory provisions, employee communication regarding executive compensation
programs, analyzing effectiveness and regulatory compliance of current plans, ad-hoc report and analysis
request
 As an integral member of the Total Rewards team, the individual will also work closely with other team
members to design and influence the overall Total Rewards strategy across all levels
Qualifications / Requirements:







Experience and proven track record in executive compensation design and implementation.
Strong relationship management and project management skills (internally and externally)
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple deadlines at the same time.
Strong executive presence and business acumen.
Experience working cross-functionally with businesses including tax, accounting, finance and legal.
Ability to influence senior managers and drive results.
