The European Union, represented by Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro on behalf
of and for the account of the beneficiary country - Montenegro.

Contract description
In order to assist digital switchover of the Public Broadcasting Service of Montenegro (RTCG) the
Contracting Authority intends to provide broadcasting equipment and pertinent training to the
Montenegrin Broadcasting Centre (RDC).
Procurement will encompass digital transmission equipment (including supporting software for
management, exploitation and maintenance) for the first MUX – second phase of implementation
with inclusion of additional transmitting sites into operation.
7.
Indicative number and titles of Lots
For the accelerated digital switchover - second phase, following equipment is to be procured:
Transmitting network, Gap fillers network, Diplexers and IP to ASI converters for each
transmitter as well as supporting software for management, exploitation and maintenance.
Exact number and content of LOTS will be determined in the Procurement Notice.
