RESIDENTIAL TIME-OF-USE DELIVERY SERVICE RATE 61
AVAILABILITY
Except as noted below, this rate is available to residential customers for the
delivery of single-phase electric service at secondary voltage in individual private
dwellings or individual apartments, including electric house heating and water heating,
and, on an optional basis, to farms engaged principally in the raising of crops,
horticulture, forestry, husbandry, stock raising, dairying, or poultry raising and egg
production.
This rate is not available to customers other than farms to serve
nonresidential purposes or for the delivery of service for electric snow melting
equipment with a combined connected load in excess of 5 KW.
Special contract rates may be required for customers whose unique requirements
impose significant costs upon the Company that are not recovered through application
of the Company's standard tariffs. These contract rates will be subject to approval of
the Vermont Public Service Board.
For those customers for whom this rate is required due to average consumption
being greater than 7600 kWh per month, they will be required to remain on Time-ofUse Delivery Service Rate 61 unless their average consumption drops below 6600 kWh
per month.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
One year and such subsequent 12-month periods as the Company may require
until cancelled by the Customer on 60 days' written notice or by an Order of the
Vermont Public Service Board.

RATE
Monthly Customer Charge of $0.00 plus
Up to 96 kWh per month during peak hours and up to 104 kWh per month
during off-peak hours will be supplied by GMP at $0.00000 per kWh. The rate for all
kWh consumption over 96 kWh per month during peak hours and 104 kWh per month
during off-off-peak hours is shown below.
During Peak Hours:
All over 96 kWh at $0.00000 per kWh.
During Off-Peak Hours:
All over 104 kWh at $0.000000 per kWh.
Competitive Transition Service Charge of $0.00000 per kWh.
The peak hours shall be a period of 16 consecutive hours beginning at 6:01 a.m.
and ending at 10:00 p.m. on weekdays (Monday through Friday) only. All other hours
are considered off-peak.
MINIMUM CHARGE
The customer charge of $0.00 per month unless a higher minimum applies, as
provided in the Terms and Conditions.
SUSPENSION OF DELIVERY SERVICE
Where delivery service has been suspended at customer's request, the minimum
charge shall not be applicable during such suspension, but in lieu thereof, an initial
delivery service fee of $18.75 plus a reconnect fee of $26.00 during working hours or
$52.00 during other than normal working hours shall be made when delivery service is
re-established at the request of the customer.

PINE STREET CANAL SURCHARGE
Total charges billed under this tariff are subject to additional charges in
accordance with the Company’s Pine Street Canal Surcharge Tariff.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The above rate is net, billed monthly or bi-monthly, at the option of the
Company and payable upon presentation of the bill.
The Company's other Terms and Conditions in effect from time to time, where
not inconsistent with any specific provisions hereof, are a part of this rate.
EFFECTIVE
Effective on a service rendered basis on or after September 1, 2001 to be billed on
a bills rendered basis commencing with billing Cycle 10 to be billed on or after
September 1, 2001.
