a. Exhibitors must comply with GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (Agriculture Division),
IAFE National Code of Show Ring Ethics, and IL DEPT. OF AG HEALTH REQUIREMENTS.
b. All entries in this department must be in the name of the exhibitor prior to June 1st of the current
year.
c. All Dairy must be in place before 9:00pm on Tuesday or you will not be allowed to show.
d. P.B. must have a visible registration number or original photograph, no copies, if not visible,
exhibitor will not be allowed to show animal.
e. Registration papers must be with person showing purebred animals – or they may not
show.
f. Dairy entries must conform to the age requirements listed for each class.
g. All entries in cow classes must be in milk, unless designated as dry classes.
h. If animal is in milk, Fair Association will pay for milk. MUST turn in milking Records when
you bring in your animals.
i. One entry only in all group classes. NO SUBSTITUTIONS OF ANIMALS IN CLASSES.
j. Grade classes open to animals shown in 4-H show only.
k. Reserve Breed Champions MAY be shown for Reserve Supreme Champion.
l. Bedding must be furnished by the exhibitor.
m. Exhibitors are limited to two entries per class. The second entry of an exhibitor MUST be shown
by a person following age requirements as defined in Rule #8 of the General Rules and
Regulations – Ag Division.
n. DAIRY DEPT. WILL ONLY ACCEPT THE FIRST 40 HEAD ENTERED.
