**Individuals who hold a Collegiate Professional License or a Postgraduate
Professional License in a teaching area (biology, for example) would not be
cited by the VDOE for the VRA/RVE if seeking an additional endorsement in
elementary education. It is possible there would be an odd case on occasion,
but what is stated here is typical. The student must decide if they wish to take
the risk of not taking this assessment.
