Physical Fitness

Health Related Fitness Components
There are five components of physical fitness (Flexibility, Muscular Strength,
Cardiovascular Fitness, Body Composition & Muscular Endurance) that help us to stay
healthy. Match each to the definition below:
Cardiovascular The ability of the heart, lungs and circulatory system to deliver oxygen to
the body so that it can work for long periods of time.
