-You are William Shakespeare. You’ve been writing
plays all of your life. You have put a lot of thought
into your plays and characters. You have an idea for
a new character, here are the details:
He is a soldier who has dreamed of being a king
since he was born. While he is fighting a battle for
his country, hears a rumour that he is going to be
offered some responsibility within the army. From
the same person, he also hears that in his future he
may well be crowned the king! He is fairly young,
brave and healthy. He is a soldier fighting in the
1040s. He is willing to do anything to make that
royal rumor come true! He has a wife who he loves
dearly; well at least he used to before someone told
him he could become King- that’s his real love.
- You will be studying the play of Macbeth. This
task is a research task around the following two
characters:
Your Assessed Homework.
-This piece of homework will be assessed
with a TIP sticker; it will also be given a
level.as a result, you are required to write
imaginatively, thoughtfully and carefully
with accurate spellings, grammar and
punctuation! WAIT A MINUTE… that’s
what we always expect…
Then you shouldn’t find this task that hard
after all…
Design a character that you think would fit
the main role of a Shakespearean play using
the information above.
