RESIDENTS
SPRING 2015 TRASH COLLECTION
This is to notify all East Franklin Township residents of our ANNUAL trash
collection.
The Township will provide dumpsters at the Municipal Building so you may
have the opportunity to dispose of materials that are not on the list of items
below.
The dates and hours that this service will be available are: Wednesday,
April 29th through Friday, May 1st from 7am-7pm AND Saturday, May 2nd
from 7am-12pm. There will be someone on staff to assist you.
*NOTE THAT THE FIRST DAY OF TRASH WEEK STARTS ON A WEDNESDAY.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Due to DEP Regulations, the following items will not be collected:
Refrigerators
Freezers
Cement Materials
Batteries
Air Conditioners
Dehumidifiers
Anti-Freeze
Motor Oil
Wood Products
Building Materials Chemicals
Paint
Grass Clippings
Tree Trimmings
Hedge Cuttings
Tires
NO GENERAL HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE
**BEGINNING THIS YEAR, THE TOWNSHIP WILL BE CHARGED FOR TV’S AND
MONITORS. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS COST WILL HAVE TO BE DISPERSED TO OUR
RESIDENTS. THE TOWNSHIP WILL NOT MAKE A PROFIT ON THIS TRANSACTION.
