The initial heating of the extrusion set is produced by means of a device with electrical resistance coils coupled to the outlet of the extrusion barrel. When the process begins, the friction between raw material and the walls of the equipment produces enough heat for the extrusion with no need of additional heating. The refrigeration of the extrusion barrel is hydraulic. j. Dies are furnished for the production of snacks in four different formats: ball, cheese, onion and pizza. SPECIAL SPICE DOSER FOR LIQUIDS AND SOLIDS Dosing system/seasoner developed specially for salt, fats,spices, dyes). Fitted with: 1- Storage tank with continuous mixer and suction pump 2- Table with dosing pump and spray 3- Control electric panel 1).The storage tank is all constructed of stainless steel with capacity of 100 / kg. It has a blade shaker activated by a 1Hp motor – 1430 rpm. The suction pump is installed on the feet of the storage tank and has an inlet and outlet valve of 1" and a 1HP motor. It sucks the spice from the tank and through the piping carries it to the dosing pump and brings the excess into the storage tank. 2).The dosing pump carries the spices through a hose which comes out the tubing: this has an in/off valve where it regulates the quantity through a potentiometer. The doser set has still two pulleys in an isolating box where a hose crosses, which does not allow the pouring off of the solids during the carrying of the spices to the product to be seasoned. 3).The control electric panel has on/off buttons for the continuous mixer which runs anti-clockwise rotation. It has on/off buttons for the suction pump. To observe the rotation of the pump (clocking rotation). It has on/off buttons for the dosing pump and a potentiometer to regulate the outlet of the flow. 08. VIBRATORY TROUGH a. Fully mechanical, controlled by microprocessor without need of water and compressed air. it can be placed over a platform or a table (optional). The operation is through a digital microprocessor that performs the photocell reading, the magnetic friction and the sealing cutting. The vertical sealing system is achieved by the jaw beating and the horizontal system as well. both systems are heated through electrical resistances/coils and fitted with numerical date printing device (hot stamp). The belt is built on white sanitary canvas material and the cleats are made of an appropriate material for the transport of sachets/packets. 12. TURNING TABLE (OPTIONAL, ADVISE) Dimensions: diameter : 900mm height : 880mm The table is manufactured in white glass fiber with round side protection to avoid the fall of the sachets.
