Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NUIST), co-constructed by Jiangsu Provincial
Government and China Meteorological Administration, is one of the key universities of higher learning in China.
Founded in 1960 and renamed from Nanjing Institute of Meteorology in 2004, the university has a
multi-discipline layout and is granted to confer bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. With a scientific
