ADAM WESTWELL BSc (Hons)
SURVEYOR
Adam has almost 9 years property experience, gained within both the
residential and commercial sectors.
He last year completed his degree in Property Management and
Investment at Salford University.
CURRENT ROLE & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Adam joined Lamb and Swift Commercial in 2007 to assist with commercial agency matters for a
variety of clients, dealing with a wide range of property types on both a local and national basis.
Adam has undertaken a variety of instructions working in conjunction with other members of the
Lamb & Swift team and has begun to specialise in industrial agency, valuation and property
management.
Throughout the the course of 2008-2010 Adam worked almost exclusively with one of the Directors at
Lamb & Swift in relation to the consolidation and national disposal programme on behalf of one of our
National Plc clients. He was involved in all aspects of this instruction and successful in disposing of, by
way of assignment, sub lease and surrender, a number of the client’s non operational properties.
During that period, Adam assisted in disposing of over 70 properties, resulting in an onward rental and
rates liability saving to the client of in excess of £11 Million.
Adam is currently working on a regional disposal programme for The Royal British Legion, as well as,
working on property management and valuation. He is also working towards to becoming chartered
and passing his APC.
PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT
LANCASTER’S ESTATE AGENTS (July 2005 to March 2007)
Adam joined Lancaster’s as one of the viewing representatives and sales negotiators, liaising between
the vendors, purchasers and lawyers involved in the sales process of residential properties.
Whilst at Lancaster’s, Adam developed various client databases and systems to assist in the efficient
running of the sales process generally and the practice as a whole.
