Proctoring inside Maricopa County
PC Testing Center




Go to the Phoenix College Testing Center.
o 1202 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, Building LC.
Bring your instructor’s first and last name.
Bring a current photo ID (e.g. Student ID, Driver’s License)

RIO Salado Testing Centers



Testing centers are available throughout the valley. Follow the instructions
provided by your instructor.
General information, hours of operation and location of testing centers are available
at the RIO Salado Proctoring Information page for Non-Rio Salado Students.
Students are responsible for paying the proctoring fee.
Proctoring Outside Maricopa County
National College Testing Centers






Fill out the Proctor Test Request Form.
Find a participating testing center near you that is part of the National College Testing
Association.
Work with your instructor to set up the proctored testing in your area.
Students are responsible for paying the proctoring fee.
Test results will be submitted electronically.
Contact your instructor for results.
Military







Fill out the Proctor Test Request Form.
Proctors must be from an accredited university, college or official testing center.
Proctor sites must be able to submit tests online.
The proctor will be the Test Administrator or Test Control Officer (TCO) at the Installation
(base, camp, Kaserne, COB, FOB) education center you are stationed at or nearest.
There must be no conflict of interest in having your proctor administer your exams (e.g. a
family member, friend, another student, co-worker, etc.).
If a proctor cannot meet these criteria, please provide specifics regarding the requested
proctor in the comments area of the Proctor Test Request Form.
All correspondence will be conducted through email, a valid military email address is
required.



If the proctor is approved, you will receive an email from your instructor indicating your
exams are ready. If your proctor is not approved, you will receive an email from your
instructor indicating that you need to locate a new proctor.
Test results will be submitted electronically.










