&
To dissolve glue used to attach sample to grinder, we need to use Acetone and Water.
*As long as the film stays on the substrate when you apply and detach Scotch tape on the film surface, it has good adhesion. If the
adhesion of your film is bad, we need special grid and size of your sample. Please talk with Doug Jeffers (244-0620,
jeffers@uiuc.edu), Tim Spila (244-0298, spila@mrl.uiuc.edu), or Jianguo Wen (333-1413, jgwen@uiuc.edu) for details.
