Processed historical and institutional records; provided reference support to staff, scholars, and consultants;
provided archival and editorial support for 2.5-year traveling exhibition and related publication; fostered
relationships with donors; conducted research under direction of consulting curator and provided archival
images to support preservation and opening of historic bedroom suite; worked with scholars and consulting
editor to copyedit and secure image reproduction rights for academic series Shangri La Working Papers in
Islamic Art; worked with consultant to migrate library records to collections database; designed and
installed temporary archives exhibitions at Kapi‘olani Community College Library and University of
Hawai‘i at Mānoa Library; developed digital imaging guidelines and procedures for archives; helped

Flood Recovery Assistant
Cleaned and mended maps damaged in October 2004 library flood. Mended tears using Japanese paper,
removed adhesive using methyl cellulose and microspatula, dry-cleaned maps using smoke sponge and
eraser dust.
