Conference eXpress manages all conference publishing needs, from article collection to IEEE Xplore submission. This service
includes a customized submission site with optional collection fields, technical support for authors, a direct feed to the IEEE
copyright database, CrossCheck plagiarism detection and the collection of metadata. Conference eXpress is required for eGuide
and Online Proceedings and can be used for eBook and Print publications.

eGuide
An eGuide is an electronic publication that resembles a webpage but functions independently of the internet. The home screen
features a main menu with links to the content which is organized by track, sessions, paper tile and author listing. The eGuide
operates with an indexing file that enables fast, full-text search capability. The eGuide can be manufactured as a USB, CD or DVD
for conference distribution. Conference eXpress must be used for collection. Recommended for 70 articles or more.
eBook
An eBook is an electronic publication in which all content is concatenated into one single PDF. The pages are in book layout with a
title page, table of contents, articles, author index and sequential page numbering. The table of contents hyperlinks to each article
and each page has a return button to the table of contents. The PDF file can be used to manufacture USB, CD, DVD, Print books or
hosted on a conference website. Conference eXpress or FTP eXpress can be used for collection. Recommended for up to 200 articles.
Online
Proceedings
Online Proceedings is a web-based site of the conference proceedings that is accessible from a computer, tablet or smart phone.
The proceedings are accessed via a secure link hosted on the conference website. The home screen menu allows users to access
papers through track, sessions, article and author and has full-text search capability. Articles are viewed as PDFs and can be downloaded by attendees during the conference. Conference eXpress must be used for collection. Recommended for 50 articles or more.
Xplore
eXpress
With Xplore eXpress conference articles are validated as Xplore-compliant PDFs and submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
This service includes the application of copyright footers, validation of each conference article, Xplore delivery and a zip file of the
validated proceeding for the use of the conference. Xplore eXpress is used when an eBook or eGuide will not be requested.
Conference eXpress or FTP eXpress can be used for collection. Recommended for any quantity of articles
