Responsible for providing world-wide consultancy and expertise within the Fiber Optics
Products Division, in the areas of quality, reliability, and failure analysis of optical
transceivers, lasers, LEDs, and electronic/photonic components. Other areas of
responsibility include qualifications and interactions with subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsible for reliability assessments for new designs of opto-electronic devices.

product integrity and quality in the final package.
Carried out reliability experiments on a wide range of materials, from raw materials
and full wafers to epoxies to electronic components as well as finished devices.
