2. Compendium of main structure
The machine consists of pressure mould shape part, large cylinder part,
felt washing part，batching part, base part, machine drive part, electricity

2.1 Big cylinder part:
2.1.1 Cylinder vat adopt arc pressure type vat, the vat body is made from
cast iron which thickness is 10mm and body inner layer 1mm stainless
steel plate, the lip plate, arc plate are all welded by ss304 , high position
sizing.
Design speed: 200m/min
Work speed: 120-180m/min
Sizing consistency: 0.1-0.3%
2.1.2 Cylinder mould:
Diameter: Φ1500×1400mm, stainless steel wind type mould, surface is
knurled, bearing type is 3620, waterproof sealed bearing housing.
2.1.3 Couch roll:
Diameter: Φ510×1400mm, seamless steel thick pipe and bulkhead, it is
packaged by gum which thickness is 30mm, and the gum’s hardness is
“A” 30±2°. Deadweight press and hand life device.
2.1.4 Cylinder wash device
1 set
It adopt water press moving type wash device, the spray water pipe adopt
DG32 stainless steel pipe, and ceramic wearproof nozzle.
2.2 Felt washing part

Diameter: Φ260×1600mm, seamless steel pipe roll body, it’s packaged by
gum which thickness is 21.5mm, the gum hardness of top roll surface is
“A” 95±2°, and the gum hardness of bottom roll surface is “A” 75±2°,
middle height is 20mm, Deadweight press and hand life device.
2.2.2. Felt beater
1 set
Diameter: Φ350×1600mm, electric move to beat felt, the beater stick is
Φ32mm steel pipe, match with 1.5KW electric motor.
2.2.3 Felt wash device
one set high pressure spray water pipe, one set low pressure spray water
pipe.
It adopt water press moving type wash device, the spray water pipe adopt
DG32 stainless steel pipe, and ceramic wear-proof nozzle.
2.2.4 Suction box
3 sets
One set: width is 120mm narrow slot felt suction box, second set: width is
200mm, the third set: width is 260mm. The body is welded by cast iron,
high polymer polyethylene plate.
2.2.5 Tensioner
1 set
It can be moved not only by electric but by hand, the power is
0.75KW.Drive type: worm bartype.
2.2.6 Corrector device
It can be moved not only by air but by hand, pan type whirl sensor.

2.2.7 Worm roll
1 set
Diameter: Φ185×1600mm,roll body is seamless steel pipe and is
packaged which hardness is “A” 95±3°.
Bearing: 208,209, with sphere bearing housing.
2.2.8 Felt guide roll
7 set
Diameter: Φ159×1600mm, roll body is seamless steel pipe and
chrome-plating, bulkhead of two sides structure.

3 Pressure part
3.1 Idler roll
1 set
Diameter: Φ 450×1500mm, it is packaged by gum which thickness is
25mm and hardness is “A” 93±1°,deep grooved roll, line pressure is
80kg/cm, middle height is 0.6mm.
Bearing: 113628, maze type sealed bearing housing. Balance work speed
300m/min, water pan is made from stainless steel.
3.2 Idler press device
1 set
It adopt 320 waved pneumatic tyre press.
4 Dryer part
This part is consists of one set Φ2500×1500mm dryer and dryer hood.
And match with two sets air moved compound scraper knife, stainless
steel press mark.

4.1
Dryer
Diameter: Φ2500×1500mm. This alloy dryer is made from Dandong dryer
making company. Dryer surface hardness is HRB210°, pressure test
accord with the industry standard of China. Rating work pressure is
0.3MPA, and with the local safety eligibility certificate.
Bearing: 3113152, match with dryer bearing housing.
4.2
Drive part: universal joint SWC250BH/SWC390BH-800.
4.3
Dryer gas hood
It’s breathable hot dryer hood, material is aluminium plate which thickness
is 2.0mm, with 120 ㎡ hot air heater, 3KW hot fan, axial flow fan with
2.2KW exhauster fan.
4.4
Scraper knife series
Two series compound type air moved scraper knife, the body is made
from cast iron, stainless steel press mark. The material of knife sheet is
65Mn. Match with bearing housing, air moved press and air control
cabinet.
5 Reeling part
5.1
Reeling dryer
Diameter: Φ800×1500mm,it’s welded by cast ion. 113617 bearing and
bearing housing.
5.2
Arc roll

Diameter is Φ70mm, surface is chrome-plating. It can adjust the
direction.
5.3
Soft press roll
Diameter :Φ180×1500mm, seamless steel pipe, it’s packaged by gum
which thickness is 25mm and hardness is “A” 40±2°.
5.4
Reeling roll
Diameter is 65mm,it’s made of seamless steel pipe.
6 Basic part
There are 10 pieces basic plates which width is 270mm, material is cast
iron, with ground belt, electric motor and drive of reductor.
7 Framework and walk board
7.1
The framework beam is welded by cast iron plate which thickness is
14mm, the dryer bottom column is 12mm steel plate, others is made of
6-10mm steel plate.
7.2
Walk board, ladder are made of 4mm steel plate, around is edge
sealed by 50×50mm angle steel, guardrail is welded by Φ32 steel
pipe.

3. Two operation instructions, one to operator, the original to be filed.

Features of the new high-configuration of toilet paper machine

1，Framework
Adopt the square box-type frame structure of Finland Wemade paper
machine, the framework is made of steel plate which thickness is 10-14mm,
through mechanical limitation control after being welded so that to improve it’s
anti-vibration and stability.
2, Scraper knife
Adopt the square box-type compound pneumatic scraper knife. It’s the
improvements of T-type structure, it’s increase the scraper knife’s
anti-deflection and anti-vibration so that to make sure non-shaking of the

4, Cylinder vat
Use the flow box’s technology of Japan Kawanoe for reference, work out
three-level dilatancy device
and add more branch pipe of putting dispersing
agent in so that to keep fiber and dispersing agent more even. At the same
time, it’s more easy to operate and wash through the humanization design.
