2. You will require a username and password to submit your entries and this can be obtained
from the BWF: please contact Mr. Shan at s.ramachandran@bwfbadminton.org . The online
entry page will close immediately on the entries closing date at 23:59 hours BWF
Headquarters time (+08:00h GMT) and you are required to submit the entries on time. Late
entries will not be accepted.
Players without BWF ID kindly refer to your own members association for further
assistance.
Following entries are NOT acceptable:
1. Received after the closing date;
2. Without authorized signature of the national association;
3. Made on an individual basis.

The Championships will be run in accordance with the BWF Competition Reg

16. Conditions for Entries and Insurance:
The organizers will not be responsible for any injury sustained, at any time,
by any player or official arising from his participation in this Championship.
Any costs incurred for medical treatment and/or hospitalization shall be b
orne by the Member Association of the player/official concerned. All play
ers and officials are recommended to review their insurance cover and en
sure that it meets your current requirements.
17. Flights and Transport :
You should aim as the final destination to ‘Gwangu Airport(KWJ)’
Please advise your arrival and departure times on the attached transport requ

form. Transport will only be provided to players and officials staying at the offi
cial
accommodation.
18. Visa:
If any delegates who need Visa, please inform their personal details including
Nationality, D.O.B, passport Number, expiry date as the attached form and we
will send the official invitation for the purpose of Visa application.

20. Practice Courts:
Practice courts is available from on 21st November (Sat)
The Organizer will prepare an overall equitable practice schedule, taking into
consideration of the size of each team.
21. Clothing
◈ The BWF Competition Regulations regarding Clothing and Advertising shall b
e strictly followed to U-19 participants.
◈ The regulations are not strictly applied for the other age groups except for
Advertising regulation.
