All parents will be asked to volunteer in the concession stand at the
field your child plays at. If everyone cooperates, no one will work
more than one time.
Online registrations will not be offered this year – Please use drop
box located on lower west door at Indian Place.
No registrations will be accepted without payment.
We are currently taking applications for commissioners of some
leagues and concession stand managers at each of our 3 stands.

I understand that participation in this recreational program involves risk of injury. These risks include but are not limited to: collision with other participants, being hit by a ball, falling to the ground, scratches,
bruises, etc. By signing this form I acknowledge all risks of injury and death and affirm that I am willing to assume responsibility should injury or death result from them. I also agree to follow all rules,
standards (see below), and procedures of the program and to follow the reasonable instructions of the coaches and supervisors of the program. My parents/guardian and I agree, by signing up to play for
Ole Miss Youth Sports, Inc., to support and abide by all rules that are set forth by the Ole Miss Youth Sports Board of Directors. We will respect the game officials and all coaches. We understand that if we
do not abide by these rules, that we could be removed from the game and/or banned from the games for the rest of the season.

Learn the rules of the game and play by them.
Improve your skills by learning from your coaches and working with your teammates.
Be on time for practice and games and contact your coach if there is a problem.
Show proper respect for your coach, the parents, your teammates, and those on the other
team.
Show proper respect for game officials; do not question their decisions.
Control your temper; do not engage in profane, threatening, or abusive language or
conduct.
Be gracious in victory and defeat.
Clothes will not be ripped or display inappropriate messages, and sagging shorts are not
allowed.

Encourage your child to play sports, but do not force them to play or place them under
undue pressure.
Support your coach and team and assist in making your child’s experience a positive one.
Know the rules of the game and support game officials.
Do not communicate with game officials unless there is a safety concern or they address
you first.
Avoid coaching or criticizing your child or any other player during the game or practice; limit
your communication to expressions of support and encouragement.
Show your support for skillful play and good sportsmanship by all participants.
Do not engage in profane, threatening, or abusive language or conduct.
Communicate important information to your coach; address any problems with him/her first
before involving any other officials of the sport or Ole Miss Youth Sports Inc.
Registration Fee: $50 for coaches’ pitch, softball and baseball / $40 for T-Ball
