The IAHR-HK Chapter promotes the science and practice of hydraulic engineering in
Hong Kong, and to actively encourage exchanges between academia, industry
and government. The Chapter has the full support of the now over seventy year old
parent organization, International Association for Hydraulic Research (IAHR) which
was originally based in Delft, Netherlands, and now has been moved to Madrid,
Spain.
This seminar aims at bringing together academia on research and practicing
engineers to provide insights into the latest development and current needs for
applications of hydraulics in engineering and environmental fields.
