Wednesday, Oct. 21st – Tour of Pahrump Winery and Sanders Family Winery and tour
of Sheri’s Ranch – we are meeting at 9:45am in the parking lot to carpool. Please bring
$10.00 for carpool charge and $3-$5 per person for a tip at Sheri’s Ranch and of course
an appetizer to share at the Sanders Family Winery
Wednesday, Oct. 28th – Social General Meeting – 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
at Independence Center, Multi-purpose room
Social with a short general meeting to follow, bring an appetizer or desert to share and
choice of beverage, water and coffee will be provided
Saturday, Oct. 31st – Halloween party at the home of Mike and Pat Carey
EVITE to be sent in mid October
Thursday, Nov. 5th - Nevada Test Site
The trip is full but if anyone cancels names will be moved up from the waiting list.

Monday, November 16th -Ladies night out (gentlemen can also attend) . We will be
going to Thunder Down Under with dinner before at the Excalibur Hotel buffet - There
will be an EVITE sent out about a month in advance with details.
Friday, Dec. 4th – Holiday Party at Anthem Grand Ballroom – Sign up sheets will be at
the September 30th meeting and the Oct. 28th evening meeting. Price will be $40.00 for
members and $45.00 for non members. Choice of entrée will be Beef Tips Marsala
(demi glazed roasted Filet Mignon simmered with pearlized onions, roasted garlic and
prepared in a Marsala Wine & Mushroom Sauce, Chicken Francese, lightly breaded
chicken breast, cooked in a lemon butter white wine sauce or Grilled Salmon Filet,
served with a Mango Chutney
