SUMMER READING LIST, Summer 2007
Upper Elementary/10 – 12 YEARS
Check off all the books you have already read by yourself. You are required to read at least six books during the
summer. Keep a record of the books you read. Write a two page report on five of the books. Give the author,
title, setting, main characters, and a brief summary of the plot. Hand in the reports on the first day of school in
September. Any other titles by the authors below are also acceptable. You may substitute any age-appropriate,
parent-approved book for any on the list below.
