South-Europe Tour
07th April - 17 th April 2015 (11days / 10 nights)
1st day – Postojna Cave, Slovenia
Departure early in the morning from Budapest. Travelling to Slovenia. Stop at Postonja,
visiting the Cave which is a network of 20 kilometres of passages, galleries and
chambers. It is the largest cave in the “classic karst” and the most visited show cave in
Europe. After the program we travel to Venice. Accommodation in Venice or near to
Venice. We spend here two nights.
2nd day – Venice, Italy
We have a guided tour: discover the secrets on how a city built on swamps
became one of the most enlightened cities of the western world. See the famous
landmarks of San Marco Square, learn the legends of Casanova and Marco
Polo, the paintings by great Venetian masters, Sculptures, Marco Polo's house
and the Rialto Bridge.
3rd day – Florence, Italy
Our drive continues to Florence. A city of incomparable churches, monasteries, museums,
galleries, and palaces, Florence will nourish your soul as well as your cultural sensibilities when
you behold its charms. Accommodation and dinner in Florence.
4th day - Travel to Rome, Italy
After breakfast we are travelling to Rome with technical stops. In the afternoon we visit together the Vatican
(museums
as
optional
program).

5th day – Rome, Italy
After breakfast let’s go back to Imperial Rome to witness these sights: Piazza
Venezia, the Capitol Square, panoramic view of the Roman Forum and Palatine, The Roman Forums Arch of
Constantine, Colosseum, San Pietro in Vincoli. You will have plenty of free time to discover the city. We spend the
night in Rome.

6th day – Pisa, Italy
In the morning we are traveling to Pisa. Today, Pisa is crammed full of
wonderful, historical monuments and buildings dating back many hundreds of
years. With a relaxing walk we admire the city and the beautiful Piazza dei
Miracoli. Guided tour and free time. Accomodation and dinner near Pisa.
7th day – Cote’d Azur (Nice, Monaco), France
After breakfast let’s go to Nice. Nice is made for walking. Promenade de Anglais is
a the most popular image of Nice the world over. We take a break at Monaco, you
will have free time to discover and enjoy the atmosphere of Cote’d Azur.
Accomodation and dinner at the hostel in Nice.
8th day – Cannes, France
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time all day to visit Cannes or the village of Eze.
Cannes is now a glamorous and expensive seaside town considered to be one of the social hubs of Europe.
You can check out the beauty and architecture of Le Suquet with its breathtaking view. Eze is a magic place, the
atmosphere is authentic and the village has kept the tradition even now that it has become an international touristic
site.
9th day – Luzern, Switzerland
After breakfast we continue our journey forward to Luzern. We make a short stop at the
Alprose chocolate factory. Accommodation and dinner at Luzern.
10th day – Innsbruck, Austria
Discovering Luzern on foot is much more than ‘just’ a tour! Stroll around the city
and admire its trademark Chapel Bridge and octagonal Water Tower. Along with
the Spreuer Bridge and the Musegg Wall with its nine towers, they used to form
part of the city’s ancient fortifications. In the afternoon travelling to our last hotel in
Innsbruck, Austria.
11th day – Travel to Hungary
In the morning we visit the downtown of Innsbruck. Then we say goodbye to Austria. Arrival Budapest late in the
evening.
