Dramatic English has been providing a very wide variety of drama education services to
schools and the community including Dramatic English workshops, script reading groups,
theatre in education shows, workshops for children with special needs and school
improvisation festival. All these highly distinguish the company from the others in the
market.
With the increased demand from society, Dramatic English has been growing exponentially,
and now we are composed of two major departments providing different services to the
community. The Dramatic English Education Department has a big team of native English
speaking drama teachers who are responsible for providing education support to schools
during and after school hours. While the Dramatic English Theatre in Education Department
is composed of native English speaking drama actors all over the world who are responsible
for bringing live and online drama performances to schools. The Theatre in Education
Department is also responsible for organizing the Hong Kong School English Improvisation
Festival in which teacher improvisation workshops will be conducted, and improvisation
theatre groups and outstanding student improvisation teams from local schools will be invited
to give performances.
