Will of Ann N. Wingfield .born 19 Feb. 1802, daughter of John & Rebecca (Nelson) Wingfield.
Apparently she never married. She died 22 October 1859 in Wilkes Co., Georgia

Georgia Wilkes County, Last Will & Testament of ANNE N. WINGFIELD,
Item 1st. I will that my just debts be paid at once by my Executor,
Item 2nd. I give to my namesake ANNE ELIZABETH WINGFIELD DAUGHTER OF FRANCIS G.
WINGFIELD my gold watch & chain & key,
Item 3rd. I give to my two sisters all my bedroom furniture, waring apparal & other things
of like character to dispose of as they please,
Item 4th. I give to my FRIEND JAMES A NISBET in trust to hold & dispose of as follows, all
my Rail Road Stock, that is to say to apply the whole income of said Stock for my SISTER
SALLY PETTUS during her widowhood. One Thousand dollars worth of said stock is to be
held in trust as above by said Nisbet for the sole & separate use of my NIECE FRANCIS R.
NISBET. One Thousand of said stock to be held in trust as above stated & the income
applied for the benefit of the CHILDREN OF MONTGOMERY WINGFIELD. Five hundred dollars
of said stock to be held in trust as above stated & the income applied for the sole &
separate use of CORNELIA GOLUCKE & Five hundred dollars of said stock to be held in trust
as above stated & applied for the benefit of LENORA WINGFIELD & until the said SALLY
PETTUS becomes a widow said stock to be held by said trustee & the income thereof applied
by him in the same mode & the same proportioned as herein before divided to be ______[?]
when said Sally ceases to be a widow & her interest therein has ceased.
Item 5th. I nominate & appoint as Executor of this will my friend James A. Nisbet,

Personally appeared before me W.N Reese One of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
Instrument who after being duly sworn says that he saw Ann N. Wingfield the Testatrix sign
& seal the same which she acknowledges as her last will & testament & at the time of her so
doing she was of sound disposing mind & memory, that he signed the same as witness in
her presence at her request together with C.W. Pope & E.J. Pope who also signed as
witnesses in her presence & at her request.
