Conference goal – discussion of current situation of public administration in
Ukraine and determining of prospects for administrative reform.
Arrangement tasks (blocks of issues to be discussed) to present the draft Concept of the Public Administration Reform in
Ukraine;
to discuss achievements in administrative system reform in 2005;
to evaluate the impact of constitutional changes dated December the
8th, 2004 over public administration functioning in Ukraine;
to determine first steps (for 2006) and future perspectives of
administrative reform.
