4. ADDITIONAL FEES
All further fees (i.e electricity, etc.) must be listed hereunder with the details of the
amounts to be charged. These must have received FEI Approval before being
included in the published schedule.

Oat – 10 rub for 1kg.
5. WELCOME
The time and date of arrival of athletes and horses and their means of transport
must be given to the OC in order to assist them on arrival.
Information about the date of arrival must be sent to the OC before 25 June 2010.
6. ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY ON ATHLETES AND HORSES (Art. 136.1-2)
The Athletes are authorised to carry the logo of their personal sponsor on the saddle
cloth in accordance with Art. 35 of the RUS Rules for Jumping. The Chief Steward
will check that the advertising and publicity on Athletes and horses complies with
these Articles.
V. MISCELLANEOUS
1. PRIZE - CLASSIFICATION
Per competition 25% of the competitors will be awarded.
2. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY
All prize-giving ceremonies will take place immediately after each competition.
3. DEDUCTIONS FROM PRIZE MONEY
Taxes up to 30% should be deducted from prize sum according to the Russian
government laws. The participants will be provided by official form, indicating the
amount taxes deducted.
4. INSURANCES
All owners and athletes are personally responsible for damages to third parties
caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are
therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage

for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up
to date.
All home participants must have a type of insurance corresponding to this kind of
sport.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ENTRY OF HORSES
Details on compulsory health tests and, where applicable, quarantine periods and
protocol, etc. PLEASE APPEND SPECIMEN IMPORT LICENCES WHICH WILL BE
APPLIED TO HORSES ATTENDING THIS EVENT. In case of doubt or problems,
please contact the FEI Veterinary Department as soon as possible.

The attached
Veterinary Certificate to enter Russian Federation (no more than 90 days) for
competing from European countries (Schengen, etc) should be original, with sign
and stamp of State veterinary of the territory exporter. The Original Certificate
blank (different for all the European countries), with hologram and coloured should
be requested at Government Veterinary Department of any European country as
soon as possible. For East European and Central Asian countries: The number of
Veterinarian permission to enter on the territory of Russian Federation will be sent
to the NFs after the Nominated Entries.
