VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT
FIESTA OYSTER BAKE GOALS:
Provide income for student scholarships and university programs and projects, promote St. Mary’s University
and develop fellowship among St. Mary’s alumni and friends of the association.
DEFINITION OF VOLUNTEER:
A volunteer is a person who voluntarily offers himself / herself for a service or undertaking; a person who
performs a service willingly and without pay.
BOOTH VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES:

All volunteers must wear their volunteer wristband while working in a booth.

Volunteer is responsible for collecting coupons for the product.

Volunteer is responsible for providing a pleasant atmosphere at the booth.

Volunteer is responsible for maximizing profit at the booth.
No trading or giveaways
Maintain correct serving portions
Collect correct amount of coupons for serving
Monitor inventory levels of the product

Volunteer is responsible for maintaining correct Health Department and TABC procedures.

Volunteer is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service.

No personal ice chests will be permitted on the event grounds.

Event Staff and Managers have the right to escort disruptive volunteers off the grounds.

Once a volunteer has finished his / her shift, he / she must exit the booth area.

Volunteer appreciation area will be available in the Law Quad Area.
