Reason for Request
Applicant requests that the subject property be
rezoned from RG-3 to MR-5A. The rezoning
request proposes construction of 720 apartment
units in 3 buildings ranging from three to fourteen
stories. In conjunction with this application, the
CDP landuse designation would be amended from
Medium Density Residential to Very High Density
Residential.
Applicant requests that the subject property be
rezoned from R-4 (single family residential) to R4B
to allow subdivision of the parcel for construction of
3 single family-detached homes. No amendment to
the CDP landuse designation would be required.
Applicant seeks a variance from zoning regulations
