billion in 2010, making it into the top 10 largest in the US.
Senior information technology executive responsible for the engineering, implementation and 24/7/365
maintenance of the applications, operations and infrastructure supporting 15 brands, 150 franchise
offices, 250 company owned offices and 400 on-sites offices spanning every state in the US and also
Hyderabad, India. Directly servicing thousands of manufacturing clients for over fifteen years.

2010 and 2011 which included billing/payroll, accounting and staffing front office.
Moved off of several antiquated legacy systems with character user interfaces onto a
single graphical user interface this accomplished an integrated and easy to use system.
 Co-Chair ERP Steering Committee guiding the implementation and development to
success by exceeding expectations in budget and delivery.
 Created metrics to measure, report and reward teams which drove operational
efficiencies and raised the bar to greater levels of performance
Applications & Development
 Organized and united a team of multiple vendors and corporate departments and
created a culture of data integrity from disparate systems and groups.
Operations and Infrastructure
 Successfully installed and managed dual-redundant WAN technologies at over 400
nodes in 45 States and extending it internationally thereby replacing single points of
failure and high downtime with an almost zero downtime high performance network.
 Fifteen years of systems administration for several Alpha ES45 systems with 1200 users
with over five nines of uptime, producing 80k paychecks per week and 500k w2’s per
year from what was a system that was constantly crashing.
 Migrated a hosted Oracle environment and saved the company over $100k/month,
while also improving the systems uptime and performance.
Contract Negotiation, Cost Optimization and Dispute Resolution
 Negotiated the merger and terminations of hundreds of contracts acquired from public,
private and bankruptcies
 Experiences in successfully negotiating and performing depositions and mediations
 Negotiated and eliminated $5 mil in excess spending
 Optimized infrastructure to reduce costs while improving performance
Strategic Management
 Developed strategy with vendors positioning Select to be on the forefront of technology
in order to be proactive.
 Created a partnership with stakeholders representing 150 Franchise owners who were
not being well represented I facilitated communication that allowed for a new alliance
with technology and business goals.
 Created metrics on key operational data and automated delivery to all production and
management staff making visible successes and failures which drive improvements to
bottom line company performance and growth.
Business Continuity
 Built a world class Disaster Recovery live Hot Site in El Paso, Texas with a tempest shield,
auto-transfer switch, 250 KW generator, multiple ds3’s and dual-redundant air
 Developed a “Black Book” plan for the company DR plan for business continuity
 Created SLAs for systems monitored by a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center and
therefore created confidence and trust in IT within the company.
 Organized a staggered staffing in three time zones to ensure proactive
monitoring of mission critical systems from California to India.
 Integrated reporting of all issues, root cause analysis from what was a disorganized
array of reports.
Mergers and Acquisitions
 Skillful management of M & A activities and planning for 80 acquisitions allowed me to
move data and consolidate data centers and staff onto Select’s global ERP and provide
greater uptime and consistency with data integrity while reducing SG & A.

companies with a combined total revenue of over $1 bil while avoiding disasters and
lawsuits.
