MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT 2015
The following are conditions of membership with BBDNC for the 2015 season and are provided
to all members/parents of BBDNC Inc.

BBDNC will endeavour to allocate coaches/managers to all teams associated with our club,
however, if this is not possible, it will be the teams reaponsibility to organise an adult to
perform the duties of the coach/manager.

All non-playing coaches, managers and one parent of a player under 14yrs must be current
financial members of BBDNC. This will allow for voting rights at a general meeting as per
the constitution.

All persons voting at BBDNC general meetings must be financial members.
Membership is $2.00

One parent representative of each team must be in attendance at every monthly general
meeting, other than the coach.

A team representative may not represent more than one team.

Teams that are not represented at General Meetings will be fined $20 per meeting missed.
This fine must be paid before the next meeting otherwise the team will be deemed
unfinancial.

There is a $40 de-registration fee, however, if money has been paid to WDNA the deregistration cost will be $40 + the amount paid to WDNA, will not be refunded.

All players turning 10 years of age in 2015 are required to attend grading. This is compulsory.

All players turning 11 or older in 2015 are required to attend grading unless they do not wish
to contest for a position in an A or B grade. Should you wish to form your own team of players
and play in a C grade, it is not necessary to attend grading.

Players 14 years and over are eligible to vote.
