VARIOUS CLARIFICATIONS
ON THE REPONSIBLES VV AND ALO-VV
( CHAPTER V° ) (Cf. Pg.93 )
HOW IS ONE TO DIVIDE THE ASSIGNMENTS OR THE RESPONSIBILITIES V.V., GIVEN THAT THE WORLD IS SO GREAT,
and that the people that want to pray the way we pray are so many ?...
Seeing that already in a short time our groups of Prayer ALO-VV have reached right out of our Nation, so to avoid succumbing under the
weight of so much work, as was happening to Moses, when he was recalled by his father-in-law (Cf. Ex 18, 17-24) really in an occasion such
as this, like so we can begin to divide the assignments - in communal accordance –.
In every Nation, where the Lord and the Madonna will want us as our groups of Prayer ALO-VV, there will be elected then also for every
Nation (according to the permissions of the Chap. IV°), a National Lay Person responsible (that is : National) ALO-V.V., that will have the
primary responsibility over all the groups that will one after the other be born and develop - according to the Rule ALO-VV -.
If there will already be our Little Friars and Nuns of Jesus and Mary, or there were before or will subsequently arrive ( also thanks to
its work), then that National Lay responsible ALO-VV, will be the twin soul, of our Servant National Minister V.V., in the spiritual help, be it
both to the male as also to the female, and like so similarly of equal steps and of degree (of service) right up to the Provincial responsible
(that is : Diocesan), as for example also the Lay Provincial Responsible brother, will be the twin soul of the little friar Provincial Servant
V.V. totally Consecrated to the Lord, be it both to the male and to the female .
Every State responsible, can assume in itself, more than one nation, but there cannot be more than 12 National Responsibles, all over the
world, be it of both V.V. or ADP-VV, at the image of the 12 disciples of Jesus.
But we begin first from the Provincial people responsible: if for example, the Provincial Lay Responsible ALO-VV of a diocese where
there isn’t yet our community of Consecrated V.V.s, it had to say: "but to whom do I refer to, since that there aren’t neither friars or little
nuns, and nor so much as Regional lay Responsibles ", how we to answer them, if not to directly make reference to the delegated member of
the Community of Consecrated V.V.s nearest to the zone ALO-VV of which they belong ?, defined (in their own Nation) by the dashed red
line, visible on the geographical map of our Poster ALO-VV ?
Like this the same thing also goes for the Regional Lay responsibles, to whom however, all Provincial laymen, that will be in their region
will be subdued to him.
Doing like so, if there will be for example, something big to be done.. the type being: updates, reunions or retreats of formation only
for the Provincial Laymen or only for the Consecrated or etc.. the Consecrated General Servant VV, together with the Lay General
responsible ALO-VV, be it both to the male or to the female, can contact all the Consecrated and non consecrated National responsibles…
that in their turn will contact all the Consecrated and non Consecrated Regional responsibles …, that in their turn will contact all the
Consecrated and non Consecrated Provincial responsibles … that in their turn will contact all the Consecrated responsible Guardians (placed
along side the City responsibles), that will contact them in their turn, the little V.Vs. and group leaders ALO-VV, that in their turn will
contact or will inform all of our allies of our groups of prayer ALO-VV, that in their turn will contact all of our friendly followers V.V.…
But in what are these Lay Responsible brothers ALO-VV concretely good for ?...
For example, I being the General Responsible Servant V.V., before going ahead, may ask, who will be My twin - in lay version – soul ?
As a bright spiritual example, one can take at this moment the General Lay responsible with the bracelet of sack cloth and the red
stripe (which can be seen at pg. 9A of this rule), and his concrete help - to understand what a Lay responsible ALO-VV concretely be good for, it’s
for example, so much to start by: having given me “with the facts " - without degrading anybody - his total availability (other than the limits
of time to his family and work as a postman), to the aim - other than make a whole lot of people pray even better- is also that of having
made available his mobile phone number on the Website ALO-VV (since for rule I can’t keep a telephone), so that any Bishop (as it’s been
for the Bishop of this diocese) or etc.. who happened to search for me, could be able (thanks to the Lay responsible) to always track me
down – in his possible limits -; not to then speak of the sandals that he makes for all of the little friars and little nuns of our community
V.V., and not to speak of the large pendants that he also makes for all of your groups ALO-VV, inclusive of all those that are present in
Europe, and I stop here…
Therefore our twin souls - in lay version - are good for this, and not only, but also to help us to organize big or little retreats, depending
on how the spirit blows, to help us above all in Christ, through Mary and the Church to save souls, beginning from the most tormenting or
deceitful suffering, in short words to do great things together, because greatest things of these, is to save souls in Christ… and to Glorify
God in the most Major way… there’s never been, nor will ever be anything that can compare to this, - Guaranteed ! -.
Therefore wake up oh you that sleeps, and the Passion of Christ that always operates (Cf. Gv 5,17) for the salvation of souls will
illuminate you, as it’s also now more and more illuminating me, that the unique young life that I had, I’ve spent and donated also individually
for you ! So that you understand more and more, that now is the time to sow for Jesus, because for the whole eternity we will be no more
than we now operate (Cf. 2Cor 9,6). Therefore wake up oh you that sleep, and the passion of Christ will illuminate you ! (Cf. Ep 5,4). For the
Blessed Eternal Life (Cf. Gal 6,8), and the Glorious Immortality (1Cor 15,43-44). Amen ! Forever. In Eternity !...
CONCLUSION VV
All to the image, not of a foolish worldly disorder, but to image of the luminous Obedience of the Divine Hierarchy, figured strongly in
the "great faith" of the Roman centurion (Cf. Mt 8, 5-13); and above all by Jesus, that Obeyed the Heavenly Father, right up to death and
to death on the Cross, be raised up into the " Eternal Glory " of the extremely powerful - Resurrection - prepared also for us, if imitate the
Son - with the facts and in the truth, in I effort of practicing it… Amen !
