In this grid, you can see Red/Yellow/Green rollup information about whether the Activities are Complete for
this Phase of the Project.
One Project – showing Complete and Active Tasks
This is typically the project managers view of the project. He can see all the details, including the deliverables
(hyperlinks to drawings and documents). There is also a GANTT chart and Critical Path view of the project.
Scheduling works either backwards or forwards. Resource planning graphs and analysis tools are included.

This is typically the view for an engineer. He sees all the Activities that are assigned to him, across all the
projects, and also the Activities on the ECO workflows and Quality System Action Items. The user gets an
email notification in Outlook, and then also the to-do list inside Aras Innovator. From here the user can drill
down to get more information, or to complete the work.

The standard solution has a Time Record on each Activity, and many customers would like a Week or Month
view of the whole Time by Activity for One User. We have built several such custom solutions. Examples of
TimeSheets that we have built follow:
Grid view Timesheet interface (developed for Sonnax)
This tool provides:
 Daily weekly and monthly views of time records
 Read only views of other users time records
 User enters project number (directly linked to Innovator project) and hours worked
 Ability to go back and forward in one day, week or month increments
 More of a grid view of time vs. a matrix view of time
 Time data can be entered directly on time tab of project or using this interface
