Richard Salisbury - Latin-American Student Association Book Scholarship
Application
This scholarship includes $500 total that will be awarded as cash award/s to purchase books. Applicants
must be a full-time WKU student from a country in the Western Hemisphere, excluding the United States
and Canada. The recipient/s must be students who hold a valid F-1 visa. Applicants’ academic records,
contribution to WKU, international understanding, and financial need will be considered. To apply for this
scholarship, please fill out the application and send it as an e-mail attachment (preferred method) to
iso@wku.edu OR bring/mail this form to the International Student Office. You may attach additional
pages of writing and/or supporting materials if you wish. The deadline for applying is Friday, August 28,
2015. Recipients will be notified via e-mail.
A requirement of this scholarship is that recipients volunteer for the International Student Office for 20
hours per semester during the academic year 2015 - 2016.
