113 - INPUT. The report schedule in exhibit 1 shows the due dates for RIM
documents and other recreation reports.
The Forest reports are due in the Regional Office on the dates shown in the RO
column.
The Regional Office will submit Regional reports to the Fort Collins Computer
Center on the dates shown in the WO column.
Due to tight schedules and to assure prompt delivery, the Forests (when necessary)
will transmit all RIM source documents by certified airmail.

RIM Computer Printouts. RIM documents and computer printouts (CPO)
produced by the RIM Center and distributed to field offices are described below.
They are grouped according to source documents from which most of the data for
each CPO is obtained.
Binders. Unless otherwise stated, all computer printouts are approximately
11" x 14-1/2" in size. These computer printouts should be placed in binders,
indexed, and labeled as shown in the next paragraph, so that they will be available
for convenient use and reference. Binders of appropriate sizes can be purchased by
Forests and Districts.

Sufficient copies of the binder indexes have been furnished Forests to take care of
initial needs on the Forests and Districts. Additional copies of binder indexes can
be obtained upon request to the Division of Recreation, Regional Office.
