Your event on ABC Events listing – Location Treehouse (Amsterdam) www.abc.nl/events
Please complete the requirements form with the following information in English:
1. Event Title (required)
Keep it short and descriptive; use a maximum of 10 words.
2. Date(s) and Time (required)
* Single Day Events: supply the time start and finish and the date.
* Multiple Day Events (like a weekend workshop): supply start date, end date, start time and end time.
* Series Events 1 (like a weekly workshop, lesson): supply the weekday, start and end date, start and end time.
* Series Events 2 (workshop with various subjects): If each day in the series has a different subject, and you
would like each one posted separately, please supply all the required information on this sheet separately
per date.
Also you may supply a general information post with all the dates: supply the weekday, start and end date,
start and end time.
3. Event Information (required)
The first paragraph must include a description of your event, and be an introduction. It (or part of it, if it’s
longer than about 60 words) will be used in the ABC Events Mailing.
Information to include after the short introduction could be: a detailed description; biography of the host or
subject; any other related information.
Reservation requirements should be specified here. (The reservations module is only for ABC Events)
Events in a series: If your event repeats and has the same content each time, you only have to submit the
information once.
However, if you have a series of workshops and each one has a different subject, then you may submit a
general event page and one page for each specific event. Each page will have to have all the required
information.
Include the dates for each separate event.
4. Images (optional)
Must be submitted as a .jpg
Maximum width is 500 pixels and we prefer portrait orientation.
Attach images to your submission email rather than pasting them into your .doc requirements form.
5. Cost in Euros (optional)
You can also add specific, more complicated pricing to the Event Information in point 3.
6. Host or Subject Information (optional)
Name, telephone number, email address and website information are welcome.
7. Books (optional & much appreciated)
If you have a book that relates to your event, please let us know the title/author/ISBN so that we can link it.
The requirements form will be checked but must be submitted ready for posting. If incomplete, it will delay the
posting while we await your corrections.
