Certificate Series trainings are designed as comprehensive and integrated programs that teach skills and
provide practical information that can be transferred to the workplace. It is recommended that
participants attend all sessions in a series; however, participants may register for individual sessions within
a certificate series unless otherwise noted.
Registrants who participate in all sessions in a series receive a certificate to acknowledge their completion
of the training and recognize their commitment to personal and professional growth.
Leadership Development Program: Essentials of Effective Supervision
Though the program is designed as an integrated curriculum, participants may enroll in individual sessions.
This program is designed for both first-time and experienced supervisors, as well as all staff interested in developing
supervisory and leadership skills. Current supervisors wanting a refresher or to update specific skills are encouraged
to attend individual sessions of interest to them.
This seven-part series focuses on a comprehensive set of skills needed to build and maintain strong and effective
relationships and to produce successful performance outcomes. The program content includes:
