 Annual sales volume up to $6 million (estimate)
 Average Ticket Maximum $500
 No prohibited business types; restricted considered as credit
exception. Focus is on restaurants, grocery, bakeries,
hair/nail/beauty salons, retail clothing, card and gift shops
 Swipe business is preferred, Non-Swipe merchants acceptable as
an exception to policy
 Delayed delivery merchants not acceptable (Cards processed before goods and/or services provided)
 No credit or low credit score considered. (E2 Visa required for
foreign nationals)
 Start-up retail businesses acceptable. (MOTO/Internet must be in
business 1 year, and is an exception to policy)
 Merchants are assigned a Processing Limit Cap with no potential
for increase until 6 month NOVA processing history established
 Merchants are placed on daily discount
 Statement type may be changed to accommodate daily discount
