Supplementary figure. DNA-contamination check of RNA
In this study, all the RNAs have been checked for DNA contamination by PCR. PCR
was performed using RNA before reverse transcription as a template. Both SSA3 RNA
and 18s rRNA were checked. No discrete bands were observed after PCR using RNA as a
template. This representative figure shows the result for RNAs used in Fig 2.
