The Far North Coast Law Society was incorporated in 2000. The objects of the
Society include the development of communication between its members, the
Law Society of New South Wales, other regional Law Societies and other persons
of interest to the Society and its members. The Society seeks to develop
fraternity and professional co-operation between members.
The Society holds a minimum of one CLE conference each year, an annual dinner
usually at or about the time of its Annual General Meeting, a black tie ball,
Judges dinners, and other opportunities where the objects of the Society can be
pursued. In promoting its members the Society has developed a website to
facilitate contact between general public in our region and members of the
Society.
One of the ways in which the Society makes its revenue is by stationary sales.
