RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION CLUSTER
(approved by the Planning Board on 7/28/03)
Pursuant to Article 5 Section 530, the Planning Board serves as the Special Permitting Granting Authority (SPGA) for the
provisions of Section 560. Application fees for such uses shall be as follows:
Preliminary (Conventional) Plan/RCC Sketch Plan:
Residential Conservation Cluster Application:
$50 per lot
$200 per unit
