It is the responsibility of the BCC member to apply for any awards that they are eligible for and to make sure their request has
been received by the Awards Statisticians. Each request will be acknowledged by e-mail / phone or regular mail. If you do not
receive acknowledgement from the Awards Statistician(s) you must contact us by e-mail, phone or regular mail before the
deadline.



The Club presents 1 plaque for a new Champion to BCC Club members only
If you are ordering a duplicate plaque for a co-owner please enclose a check in the amount of $14.00 (if you are picking it up at the
Ontario Regional June 6th 2010 or $20.00 (if it is to be mailed to you) to cover the cost of the second plaque plus mailing charges.
Championship must have been obtained in 2009. (We are unable to supply previous year’s plaques except as noted in the
Constitution, as follows: Probationary Members may not receive Championship plaques during their probationary term but may
request those plaques earned by their dog(s) while a Probationary Member when they are promoted to Ordinary Member Status.

included in the PowerPoint Awards Presentation.)
