Family Day Dance, February 27th starting @ 6:00 – 7:30
Need Leaders for: Food (Jennifer and Alice - water, fruit snacks,
chips) Tunes (DJ – Andrew and Dave? - song request form), Deco
(chairs-yes), T-shirts (Bill Karsten $100 donation – shirts to be
bought from Michaels for $2.00 a piece) 50/50 draw – Jeff will get
Lotto License, $5.00 for a family – including bracelet Door - Waylon
Spring Fling, June 7th
What’s done: inflatables are booked (“Cars” 3-in-1 and the “Harry
Potter” bouncing castles) - snow cone machine is booked as well
What’s next?: planning a meeting for Feb. 18 @ 6:30 (including presells on tickets)

Principal’s Report: books (leveled books, guided reading books) are in
high demand – funding from “Coins for Books”, school contributions
and PTO funds can cover a variety of levels
Teacher’s Report: application for supplemental funding is underway
from Southeastern Health Board (correspondence from the SAC) –
awaiting Letter of Support from community member
