ALL RISKS INSURANCE
THIS INSURANCE is to indemnify the Assured named in the Schedule herein (hereinafter called
"The Assured"), who has made to the Underwriters a written proposal and declaration (bearing the
date dated in the said Schedule) a copy of which is attached hereto, which proposal and
declaration together with particulars and statements contained therein it is hereby agreed is the
basis of this contract and is to be considered as incorporated herein, and has paid the amount
specified in the said Schedule as premium or consideration, against loss of or damage to property
as per specification herein or hereto attached from whatsoever cause arising, except as
hereinafter provided whilst within the limits stated in the said Schedule during the period specified
in the said Schedule and for such further period or periods as may be mutually agreed upon.
Warranted that the Assured is not engaged in or in any way connected with any form of
professional entertaining.
Articles not separately specified are subject to 100% co-insurance clause.
The Underwriters shall be entitled in the event of Loss, and at their sole option to replace any
article lost (whether wholly or in part) or to pay cash therefore, not exceeding in any event the
insured value thereof.
Where any insured item consists of articles in a pair or set, this Insurance is not to pay more than
the value of any particular part of parts which may be lost, without reference to any special value
which such article or articles may have as part of such pair or set; nor more than a proportionate
part of the insured value of the pair or set.
EXCLUSIONS
Provided always there shall be no claim on this Insurance arising from:1]
Breakage of articles of a brittle nature unless such breakage is caused by burglars, thieves
and/or fire. (This does not apply to Jewellery).

Moth or vermin or gradual deterioration.
3]
Wear and tear. (This does not apply to the loss of or damage to any item resulting from
wear and tear to a clasp, setting or other fastening, carrier or container.)
4]
Damage to or deterioration of any article hereby insured directly caused by the actual
process of cleaning, repair or renovation.
5]
Breakage of glass, overwinding, denting and internal damage of Watches.
6]
War, invasion, hostilities, rebellion, insurrection, confiscation by order of any government or
public authority, or risks of contraband or illegal transportation and/or trade.
7]
Any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from nuclear reaction nuclear radiation or
radioactive contamination however such nuclear reaction nuclear radiation or radioactive
contamination may have been caused NEVERTHELESS if Fire is an insured peril and a Fire
arises directly from nuclear reaction nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination any loss
or damage arising directly from that Fire shall (subject to the provisions of this Policy) be
covered EXCLUDING however all loss or damage caused by nuclear reaction nuclear
radiation or radioactive contamination arising directly or indirectly from that Fire.

CONDITIONS

Whenever a sum insured is declared to be subject to the 100% co-insurance clause, it is
hereby made a condition of this Insurance that the Assured shall at all times maintain
Insurance equivalent to 100% of the actual value of the property insured hereby, and that
failing so to do shall be his or her own insurer to the extent of any deficit and bear a rateable
proportion of any Loss accordingly.

The Assured shall in case of Loss as a condition precedent to any right of indemnification in
respect thereof give to the Underwriters such information and evidence as to the property
lost and the circumstances of the Loss as the Underwriters may reasonably require and as
may be in the Assured's power.

It is agreed that in the event of the failure of Underwriters hereon to pay any amount claimed
to be due hereunder, the Underwriters hereon, at the request of the Assured, will submit to
the jurisdiction of a Court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Nothing in this
Clause constitutes or should be understood to constitute a waiver of Underwriters' rights to
commence an action in any Court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, to remove
an action to a United States District Court, or to seek a transfer of a case to another Court
as permitted by the laws of the United States or of any State in the United States. It is
further agreed that service of process in such suit may be made upon the Party of Parties
specified for the purpose in the Schedule herein and that in any suit instituted against any
one of then upon this contract, Underwriters will abide by the final decision of such Court or
of any Appellate Court in the event of an appeal.
The above named are authorised and directed to accept service of process on behalf of
Underwriters in any such suit and/or upon the request of the Assured to give a written
undertaking to the Assured that they will enter a general appearance upon Underwriters'
behalf in the event such a suit shall be instituted.
Further, pursuant to any statute of any state, territory or district of the United States which
makes provision therefor, Underwriters hereon hereby designate the Superintendent,
Commissioner or Director of Insurance or other officer specified for that purpose in the
statute, or his successor or successors in office, as their true and lawful attorney upon
whom may be served any lawful process in any action, suit or proceeding instituted by or on
behalf of the Assured or any beneficiary hereunder arising out of this contract of insurance,
and hereby designate the above named as the person to whom the said officer is authorised
to mail such process or a true copy thereof.

If the Assured shall make any claim knowing the same to false or fraudulent, as regard
amount or otherwise, this Insurance shall be come void and all claim thereunder shall be
forfeited.
