The State of California requires that we make available to students our policy regarding
Sexual Harassment. The policy is presented below for your review. Please do with the information what you feel is appropriate for your son or daughter, then sign the form and return it to school with the other enrollment information. This form is required for enrollment at NewBridge.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment occurs when a person’s rights or opportunities are violated on the basis of one’s sex, or gender. Discrimination or unethical treatment based on one’s gender is unacceptable. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated at NewBridge School. Students and faculty are required to report any instances of sexual harassment to the school administration or the proper outside agencies.
It is our goal to ensure the dignity of all members of our school community.
Our policy is to educate students on the ethical treatment of others, so that every individual has equal access to the opportunities offered at NewBridge.
Students or employees who violate the sexual harassment policy face immediate disciplinary action.
I have received a copy of NewBridge School’s Sexual Harassment Policy and reviewed it with my son or daughter.
